AGC of America Scholarship Program

Undergraduate and Graduate Scholarships The AGC Education and Research Foundation offers undergraduate and graduate level scholarships to students enrolled in ABET , ACCE and some ATMAE-accredited construction management or construction related engineering programs. Over $11 million in scholarships have been awarded to more than 4,500 students attending colleges and universities across the country. The application platform for funding students for the 2026–2027 academic year will open July 1, 2026. Undergraduate students: Scholarships of $2,500 per year for up to three years Graduate students: Scholarships of $3,750 per year for up to two years Workforce Development Scholarships In 2015, the National Center for Construction Education and Research (NCCER) and its Build Your Future initiative made a generous contribution to help fund the first Workforce Development scholarships for students pursuing craft and technical programs, allowing 19 applicants to receive the inaugural scholarships. Scholarships are $1,000 per year, renewable for up to two years.

Reno Rodeo Foundation Scholarships

Reno Rodeo Foundation Forge the Future Scholarship The Reno Rodeo Foundation Forge the Future Scholarship supports Northern Nevada students pursuing careers in the skilled trades and technical workforce. The scholarship is designed to help remove the financial barriers that can make career and technical education difficult to start or complete, providing support for expenses such as tuition and fees, required tools and equipment, safety gear and PPE, textbooks and instructional materials, certifications and licensing exams, apprenticeship-related costs, and other workforce-training expenses. Eligible career pathways include mining, welding, diesel and automotive technology, heavy equipment operations, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, construction trades, manufacturing, agriculture and ag mechanics, CDL and transportation careers, aviation maintenance, lineman programs, renewable energy trades, and other technical fi elds. By helping students access the education, training, tools, and certifications required to enter these careers, Forge the Future invests directly in Northern Nevada’s future skilled workforce. America Loves Rodeo Scholarship New for 2026, the America Loves Rodeo Scholarship supports students pursuing hands-on education that leads directly to career pathways in high-demand technical fi elds. This $2,500 award helps cover tuition, tools, equipment, and other essential expenses required for skilled-trade and certifi cation training. Because many technical programs operate on rolling or year-round schedules, the scholarship is designed with fl exible timing so students can access support when their program begins—ensuring Nevada’s future workforce has the resources needed to start, continue, or complete their training.
